Cursed Pirates (concept)

This was a Design for a show I had in mind, It followed the captain of a pirate ship (Cpt. Hatshaw, Right) who spent his early years of pirating stealing whatever he wanted, eventually, he stole from the wrong person, a witch who didn't approve of his beastly ways and turned him and his crew into animals.

After hearing about this, a young witch (Grace, Left) made a deal with the Captain to help him find the witch for her own unknown personal reasons. With the Captain's boat and the Witch's magic, the two sail across the oceans to find a witch that could undo their curse.

This was originally a pitch that was to be sent to Nickelodeon's 3-minute international short, because of this i designed the characters in a similar art style to the cartoons seen in their current shows. However, due to time being very short I wasn't able to get all the art I needed in time.
